Patrice Pendell is an amazing professional.  Her career includes experience as a sales manager for a leading pharmaceutical firm, consulting with venture-capital start-ups and marketing in the hospitality/ business sectors.  Her 15-year tenure at the Japanese Cultural Center at Mukogawa Gakuin in Spokane, WA was characterized by collaborative international programs and a multitude success stories.  

Patrice earned two Bachelor's degrees from Eastern Washington University: one in Biology and the second in Education.  She continued her academic pursuits and earned a Masters of Arts in Organizational Leadership from Gonzaga University.  She is certified as a Teacher of English as a Foreign Language (TESL);  earned her Servant Leadership Certification; and is a certified YMCA Spin Instructor and Group Fitness trainer.

Patrice is a leader in Japan Week Committee which has brought Japanese culture the third week in April to Spokane for the last 18 years.  She was the Team Caption of Mukogawa's Dragon Boat Team during Spokane's International Sister City Convention, and has been an internationally ranked in rowing and sled-dog racing.  She is known for her can-do attitude and humor.
